Camera
Prop your phone facing you so your whole body is visible. Camera preview stays on this device; this feature does not record or upload your camera feed. The view starts unmirrored. Optional mirroring affects your camera only, not the teacher.
Alignment
Drag a slider to clear the view. Release to restore settings.
View
Movement assessment unavailable. No green correctness indicator is active. Choose Ghost: Instructor to fade the teacher over your camera, or Ghost: Me to fade your camera over the teacher. Me mode removes your camera background on your device by default. Camera background On is an optional whole-camera fallback. Body cutout quality depends on your device, lighting and keeping your whole body in view. Opacity and alignment adjust the selected layer. Overlay alignment is visual only, not automatic body matching. Keep your phone stationary; Follow Instructor moves only the virtual view. Stop camera preview to return to the full-size instructor and menu.
Turn Follow Instructor On in a compatible build to adjust its camera view.
Fine camera adjustments
Start the camera to see yourself beside the teacher. Ghost controls activate only after the Unity bridge confirms readiness.
Playback diagnostics are optional in this build. Confirm Six Form animation and audible teaching on your device.
Using an AR-capable device?
Screen practice does not require AR. Immersive AR requires a supported browser and device, HTTPS and your permission. Phone AR and headset controls differ.
